Our professional instructors have trained individuals in various industries such as; commercial and residential construction, production manufacturing plants, hair salons, auto insurance firms, musicians, teachers, and physicians. We have analyzed the unique specific challenges, and discovered that, while each is different, each has the same need. Wendy Nyberg, is the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of First Order of Business, LLC.  She completed her BS Degree in Business Administration at Capella University in 2014.  Some of her training courses include the Exceptional Office Professional taught at Clayton State University CCE and Microsoft Outlook for Administrative Professionals taught at the UGA (Griffin Campus).  In 2012, Wendy was a guest on UGA's / WKEU Radio program, "The Rock" 88.9 FM / 1450 AM and shared some highlights of her unique training course.

 

Wendy has had extensive professional leadership training over the past 20 years.  Some of her professional accomplishments include; an internal reporting team with seven employees to function as the main reporting center and reduced 196 manual reports to 12 automated standard reports. Restructured training courses for 300 employees from eight hours per day for 6 to 8 weeks and introduced segmented training to three sessions, 4 hours per day in two-week increments. Developed an executive committee that reviewed all products and evaluated the profit margins to determine which products had the highest profit margins and which products should  be eliminated due to low profit margins.    

 

Her professional speaking engagements include; Toastmasters International Piedmont Fayette Chapter, local public high schools, a teen mission trip in San Jose, Costa Rica, Women's Aglow, Teen Aglow, and various  church youth groups.  She developed the "Torch of Life" training program because she has a strong passion to help teens and adults identify their unique purpose.  She also believes it is critical to be a strong successful leader to create a professional development action plan to consistently enhance personal growth.
